Introducing the Lusso Composite Care Stone Cleaning Solution - designed in collaboration with Guardian - one of the leading manufacturers of cleaning and stain-guard materials - to carefully clean your luxury stoneware while preventing limescale build-up.

Simple and efficient to use, the Stone Cleaning Solution will maintain your Lusso Stone product for time to come, given that the correct process is carried out. The product can be used by simply applying a thin layer of liquid to a soft cloth and onto your product which you will then need to allow to settle for two minutes before using a dry cloth to wipe in circular motions. We recommend using protective gloves while cleaning.

This process will automatically enhance and refresh the look of your product in one simple operation, and given the correct aftercare, your Lusso Stone product should last you many years to come. The bottle contains 400ml of product and can also be used to clean other materials such as Corian, Anascore and Polymer.

Highly recommended

I bought a basin and bath. Both are beautiful and stylish. Wayne is very quick to respond to inquiries and his service is excellent. He needs to sort out his delivery service. Our purchase arrived in double quick time 5 days before we were expecting it, without notice and with one delivery man. Fortunately it did not cause any problems and is not enough detract from the excellent quality, value and service otherwise offered by Wayne..

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as PayPal. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the cardholder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
