ORDERING YOUR BASIN
You have the choice of a number of delivery options at Lusso, shipping timescales will be dependent on the option you choose and the products you plan to purchase. You can track the status of your order as it progresses at my.lusso.com. It may take up to 48 hours from confirmation for your order to become active. If you have any access restrictions to your property please ensure you contact our Customer Service Team, as our basins, including all sizes, are delivered by pallet. This will be a kerbside location, our couriers will not be able to manoeuvre pallets up steep inclines and can only deliver to ground floor locations.
