Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We currently don’t have a showroom for customers. However, if you would like to see our products in more detail, you can take a look at our inspiration page to visualise what our products look like once installed. As well as this we have an array of beautiful client projects on our instagram for further inspiration. Do you provide products for commercial customers?
Yes, we offer a B2B supply service for those looking for bathroom fittings to accommodate larger developments such as restaurants, bars, offices, and hotels. We have supplied some of the world’s most prestigious hotels including Mayfair’s five star Claridges and the Connaught. As well as Paradise Green, a London restaurant from The Daisy Green Collection, and high-end retail chains Harrods and Tiffany & Co. Do you offer an interior design service?
We are an online retail supplier only, so you would need to contact your own designer for this service. We do offer bespoke marble and stone products to meet your specific size requirements. However, we do not offer an interior design service. If you would like inspiration on how our products look in different interior styles, please see our Instagram or read our buying guides for styling tips.
Are taps included with the baths and basins?
Taps should be purchased separately from your bath or basin. This allows you to choose your preferred design and finish.
Do you install the products too?
We are an online retailer supplier only, and not a bathroom installation company. You will need to source and use a separate fully qualified fitting company. You can also download full installation guides in the product specifications on the product pages.
How can I be sure the product will fit in my bathroom?
We provide size guides on each of our products. You can download the PDF document which is displayed on each product page. This shows the dimensions of the product and allows you to check if the product will fit in your current bathroom before placing the order.
I have a small bathroom. Will the products still fit?
For those working with limited space, we offer smaller sized fittings suitable for cloakrooms, small bathrooms and ensuites. This includes compact baths, cloakroom basins, corner basins and wall hung vanity units.
How heavy are the stone baths? I’m worried it will be too heavy for my home.
Details on the weight of our baths can be found in the product downloads on each product page. Ensure you check the weight before purchasing to make sure your floor is capable of bearing the weight of the bath. Alternatively, we also offer Lusso Light acrylic baths that weigh between 33kg - 57kg making them a lot lighter than stone baths.
Are your products made from real stone?
Yes, Coretese® stone is a solid, non-porous material made up of resin, quarried limestone, epoxy and bauxite. Discover more information on how we make our stone products here.
What’s the difference between stone baths and acrylic baths?
Although different in texture, both materials are luxurious in appearance and are crafted with the highest quality.

How long does delivery take?
We offer a number of delivery options at Lusso, so shipping timescales will be dependent on the option you choose and the products you have purchased. Details of delivery dates will be emailed to you once we have confirmed your order. Further information on delivery can be found here.
Can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order as it progresses at my.lusso.com. It may take up to 48 hours from confirmation for your order to become active.
When should I book my bathroom fitting?
We recommend that you wait until your product is delivered and you are happy with your product before booking your bathroom fitter.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
Once your order is processed, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on this date, please contact customerservice@lusso.com, or call 020 3370 4057.
My product has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Outstanding quality is at the core of Lusso, and our fittings are crafted to the highest standards. We recommend inspecting your product as soon as it is delivered to check for any damages which may have occurred during transit. If you notice that your product is damaged, please notify us in writing by emailing customerservice@lusso.com with the title “Damaged goods”.
Can I return my products?
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will be happy to arrange a refund. Please take a look at our Terms and Conditions for further details on returning an item.
Are there any specific maintenance instructions for Lusso products?
Our products should be cleaned at least once a week to maintain the immaculate condition. Regular cleaning will prevent the build-up of limescale, particularly in hard water areas. Clean your Lusso product with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend the use of abrasive cleaners, or cleaning products that contain bleach or strong chemicals. General cleaning instructions include:
- Cleaning at least once per week
- Clean any liquid spills immediately
- Clean with warm soapy water
- Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners
- Do not use cleaning products that contain bleach or strong chemicals
- For stone products use a stone cleaner for regular maintenance
