The below rates apply to Mainland UK only. Delivery to any other location may be charged at a higher rate. We can offer excellent delivery rates to Jersey and Guernsey and all locations outside of mainland UK. For delivery quotes, please call us on 020 3370 4057.

Once your order is ready to be despatched from our warehouse, the courier will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note: International orders are not inclusive of VAT, the customer will be responsible for the local VAT and duties charges upon arrival of goods.
PALLET DELIVERIES
PALLETWAYS
- Pallet deliveries will take 5-7 working days to arrive.
- Pallet deliveries are to a kerbside location.
- Your property must allow access to 7.5-18 tonne vehicles.
- Our couriers will not be able to manoeuvre any pallets up steep inclines.
- In order to operate SAFE pump truck operations, we can only operate on solid, flat surfaces.
- Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
- Deliveries are an all-day service Mon-Fri between 8am and 7pm.
PARCEL DELIVERIES
DPD
- Parcel deliveries will take 3-5 working days.
- Deliveries are an all-day service Mon-Sat between 8am and 7pm.
- You will receive a text from the couriers with a delivery date.
- Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery on the delivery date or contact the courier to rearrange.
- We strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received all of your goods in full.
- If you haven't added your contact number to your order please email this across to us as soon as possible. Without this, the delivery driver won't be able to contact you.
- Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our distribution centre, we advise you to check over the product(s) for damage once the delivery arrives. Once you sign for the delivery this is an acceptance that you are happy with the product(s).
RETURNS
We strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as best as it can be. We understand there may be instances where you need to return an item, therefore we try to make this as easy as possible. Please review our returns policy below for information on the return timeframe and procedures.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is due to an error on behalf of Lusso or due to an item defect, which shall be agreed with our customer service team prior to the return. It is essential to obtain a return authorisation before sending back any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Please contact us at [email protected] to advise that you wish to return your item(s). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact [email protected] or call 020 3370 4057.
When returning goods to us please include a copy of your invoice, cancellation notice (where applicable), or a written note of your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and reason for return. This will speed up the processing of your return.
If your package was delivered with an A-Frame you must ensure your item(s) is placed inside the original A-Frame, exactly how it was delivered. Returning items without the original A-Frame increases the risk of damage or loss, for which you will not be compensated. Please note that not all deliveries will include an A-Frame.
Please check each item is as ordered and appears in good condition. In the instance that you receive damaged goods, you must notify us in writing by email within 48 hours from the day after delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will my order take to arrive?
For pallet deliveries, we ask that you allow for 7-10 working days from the date that the order left our warehouse - this will be delivered by Palletways. For smaller parcels, delivered by DPD, we ask that you allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Can I return my item if it’s unsuitable?
Yes, for all returns please see our returns policy above.
How do I track my order?
You can monitor the progress of your order before it leaves our warehouse, or you can make changes to the delivery dates at my.lusso.com. When your order is with your local depot, you will be contacted by the courier (Palletways or DPD) who will discuss a time and date for delivery, you can then track your order directly with the courier.
What do I do if I’m unhappy with my lead times?
If you’re unhappy with the lead times given, please contact us and a member of our customer service team will happily advise further or present you with alternative options.
