As December draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on our key achievements throughout 2022, and thank everyone who’s played a part in Lusso’s ongoing success.
It’s been another phenomenal year for the brand, and in the last 12 months, we’ve hit record levels of revenue and sales. For the first time, we also received over £1 million worth of orders in a single week, and in early Q2 we reached the milestone of £100 million in cumulative sales in just eight years of trading.
Alongside a strong financial performance, we’ve continued to grow our brand, and this year Lusso was proudly named the Leading Artisan Bathroom Manufacturer by LUXlife Magazine, ranked in both the Alantra Digital Fast 50 and FEBE Growth 100, and shortlisted for the British Business Excellence Awards. Our ranges have also been featured in an incredible number of publications and programmes in 2022 – including Dezeen, Elle Decoration, Ideal Home, and The Architects’ Journal – and as a testament to the quality of our collections, we’ve been appointed by many high profile clients including Harrods, LVMH, Tiffany & Co, and Facebook.

Working closely with our digital partners, we also recently launched our new online store with an enhanced user experience and updated branding, and acquired the coveted Lusso.com domain. Furthermore, we’ve made several key appointments – including a Head of Operations, Head of eCommerce, and Head of HR – and will continue to expand our team to ensure that we reach even more ambitious targets in the coming months and years.
As part of our vision to become a world leading luxury lifestyle brand, over the course of the year we’ve also significantly expanded our collections with over 600 new products. These include additions to existing lines such as the Couture collection of vanity units, Filtrata 4-in-1 taps in traditional designs, new kitchenware taps and pot fillers, Jadore fluted stone baths, dual finish baths, a modern take on the traditional Japanese soaking bath, and the Lusso Creative collection of primed products that allow you to add your own bespoke finish.

In addition, we’ve unveiled several premier collections that enable our clients to enjoy attainable luxury across all living spaces. As well as new ranges of high end hardware, flawless marble tiles, and a selection of designer radiators, this includes our first ever line of touchably soft Egyptian cotton robes and towels. We also successfully launched the Lusso Living collection, which offers decorative accessories such as vases, candle holders and bowls alongside practical items including waste bins and side tables.

Looking ahead, we’ll be expanding the Living range further in 2023 with the addition of our first dining, console and coffee tables, each finished with our most popular marbles. Other key pieces scheduled for 2023 include a new collection of contemporary baths, a range of candles in our own signature scents, and the world’s first bath crafted from forged carbon fibre, inspired by the Bugatti Veyron Vivere supercar.
It’s an incredible time for us here at Lusso, and next year is set to be an even bigger and better one as a result of our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services. On that note I’d like to say a huge and heartfelt thanks to the entire Lusso team for consistently going above and beyond, and to all of our clients, industry partners, and connections for being such an important part of our journey so far.
Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year – roll on 2023!
