Following many years of research and development, the Urban bath tap features Lusso’s progressive mixer technology which enhances your tranquil bathing experience. The innovative technology and high-standard components allow accurate temperature and flow control in one simple rotation of the single lever. Suitable for high and low-pressure systems, the bath tap is energy efficient by ensuring hot water wastage is reduced.

Crafted from marine grade stainless steel, the deck mounted tap displays a spout projection of 199mm in a distinctive and modern square silhouette. The single lever features intricate knurling detail which provides a textured finish and enhanced grip. Crafted through a machine process, the knurled detail is often found on luxury motor cars such as Bentley.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
