We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

    Vello Undermount Sink

    My vello undermount sink in gunmetal finish looks great in my new quartz worktop - even got a complement from the kitchen fitters who hadn’t seen one like it. The size and depth are perfect and it was easy to install. The colour and high quality gunmetal finish works well alongside a black ceramic hob and I have used a white gloss tap - would work equally well with black fittings.

Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
