Excellent alternative to other expensive brands

Elegant and efficient
The Lusso four in one tap is an elegant looking and very convenient device. I love being able to pour boiling water instantly while making my morning coffee consisting of freshly ground coffee beans. I also do a lot of triathlon training and the ability to pour cold filtered water before starting indoor workouts is fantastic. When you’re not using you can just switch it off and it only takes a few minutes to come back to heat, for example, later in the day. Can I hold my order until my project is ready?
Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.
Do you charge for delivery?
Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.
Can I order a sample before I commit?
Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
