We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

All of our deliveries are fully insured.

Next day delivery and Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for further details.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Perfect

We had spent months planning our bathroom layout and looking at bathroom fittings. We wanted a solid bath that was neat and classily styled and we finally found it at Lusso. This is a really comfortable, great looking bath and it looks lovely in our new bathroom. We’re so pleased we found Lusso as we then found the vanity unit we were looking for too! They have great top quality products and their customer service is excellent, just what you want a company to be like.
The bath was very well packed in a sturdy box, but please note it is very heavy so plan for 4 strong people to move it.

Beautiful bath

We looked at several free standing baths for our new bathroom. As it would be located in front of a low sash window, we didn’t want it too high. The dish shape sides of the Lusso Oasis bath are ideal and it’s just right in its space and looks and feels absolutely beautiful. We simply love it. Please note, that while these baths are reassuringly solid and made to last, they are heavy. It took 4 strong men (let’s say carrying 25kg each) to get the bath upstairs and in position. It was so worth it.
Customer service and communication from Lusso is second to none. They are outstanding.
