    Great unit has two potential issues

    This unit looks great and works well. I've had it installed for 5 years and there have been 2 potential issues that I fixed with help from Lusso. The first is the thermostatic mixer valve can get full of limescale. The second issue is the thread on the thermostat can wear down after lots of use. Overall its a great shower, just be aware of potential issues.

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
