This cool Italian-designed stone basin has a silky-smooth, easily clean, highly touchable surface thanks to its solid stone resin construction.

Supplied undrilled so that you have the option of using deck or wall mounted taps. Tap holes can be drilled using a standard 38 mm hole-saw drill attachment.

Our Stone Basin requires an unslotted waste fitting which can be purchased separately.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

    Incredible Products with Incredible Customer Service

    I came across Lusso Stone products from the Houzz app and I was not disappointed. I was impressed with the products and called to discuss my requirements. I spoke with Wayne who was super helpful and helped me in every aspect of my purchase. There was no hard sell or dismissive behaviour. He was really concerned about me getting what was right. I know this because I bought a basin and had to return it because it was too big for the bathroom ( my fault..despite Wayne double checking the dimensions with me) I ordered a smaller basin which arrived quickly and Wayne was available every step of the way. Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
