This product qualifies for our small pallet delivery service, with a charge of £40. Please note that adding additional items to your order may increase the overall delivery charge, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

ARRANGING INSTALLATION

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

We hope that you're delighted with your Lusso purchases, however we understand there may be instances where you need to return an item. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please contact us at customerservice@lusso.com to advise that you wish to return your item(s).
