What size are Lusso’s traditional toilets?

The height of our traditional toilets varies between 310mm and 400mm (excluding the seat and cover) depending on the design. All of our wall hung and back to wall toilets are 365mm wide with a length of 535mm, with the exception of our smart toilets which have a width of 396mm and a length of 593mm.

Are traditional toilets durable?

Yes, our traditional toilets are designed and engineered to provide lasting service, and come with a 25 year guarantee. 

Are flush plates provided with traditional toilets?

A selection of our traditional toilets are provided with a flush plate, with the exception of a small number of our Berkeley Back to Wall Toilet and Cistern Housing sets that give you the choice of using an alternative flush design. Our Portland traditional toilets also come with a pull chain rather than a flush plate.

Are traditional toilets easy to install?

Yes, our traditional toilets are designed to be easy to install, whether you’re looking to conceal the cistern behind a wall or within cistern housing. However, we recommend that you appoint a professional to achieve a flawless result.

Is it possible to customise the cistern housing?

Yes, if you’d like to add your own colour scheme to the cistern housing that we offer, simply choose the primed version that’s specifically prepared for customisation.

What are traditional toilets?

Traditional toilets are inspired by classical styles such as the Art Deco era. They often feature ornate details, elegant finishes and high-quality materials such as wood and ceramic with finishes in polished nickel, aged bronze and brushed gold. Traditional designs often include Victorian style toilets inspired by the elegance of past eras, featuring decorative cisterns and oak wood seats in high level or low level designs. 

Traditional close coupled toilets are also a popular traditional toilet choice, where the cistern is attached directly to the bowl, offering a more compact and classical look.
