Taps

To maintain the pristine finish of your bathroom taps, gently clean away limescale using a soft cloth with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals to preserve the tap’s surface and lasting shine.

Updating your bathroom taps is an elegant, simple way to transform your space. Begin by turning off the water supply, then carefully remove the existing taps before fitting and securing your new design.

Once installed, restore the water flow and check for leaks. If you are unsure at any stage, or simply wish to ensure a seamless result, we recommend opting for a qualified plumber to carry out the installation.

To preserve the elegance of your bathroom taps, wipe them regularly with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths to maintain their finish.

Most of our luxury bathroom taps are optimised for high-pressure systems to deliver a strong, aerated flow. However, we do offer specific models engineered to perform beautifully on lower pressure systems. We highly recommend checking the minimum operating pressure (Bar) listed on the individual product specification sheet, or consulting your plumber prior to purchase.

Your choice of tap depends entirely on your basin configuration. For basins without pre-drilled tap holes, sleek wall-mounted taps or tall, countertop-mounted mixers create a clean, minimalist look. If your basin features pre-drilled holes, you can choose between a streamlined single-lever mixer or an elegant three-hole tap set.

To preserve the hand-finished beauty of our luxury taps, we advise against using harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scourers. Simply wipe down your brassware with a soft, damp microfibre cloth and mild soapy water, then buff dry to prevent water spots. For detailed material care, please refer to our online brassware maintenance guide.

Designed to complement a variety of basins, we aim to provide bathroom taps that are compatible with an array of designs. However, compatibility can depend on specific factors such as the number of tap holes, mounting style and spacing.

A range of our basins are supplied undrilled, to ensure optimum compatibility with a wide range of bathroom tap designs.

To ensure a seamless installation, we recommend consulting with our expert Sales team. They can provide personalised guidance to ensure you select the perfect tap to harmonise with your chosen basin. Contact our Sales team on 020 3370 4057.
