We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

RETURNS

    Zorro bathroom vanity

    This is a beautiful well made vanity unit, but the colour is nothing like the photo, I thought this would be almost black but when it arrived it was a mid to dark blue grey colour. Fortunately it still went with our tiles although I would have preferred it to have been the colour it was describe as. As our bathroom fitters were about to start our bathroom it was too late to do anything about it, and we had already experience delays with this unit. But I was pleased with the quality of everything we received and the service from lusso stone

Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
