    I bought this basin for my downstairs cloakroom a few months ago. Looks really lovely and adds a touch of luxury to my cloakroom. I recently needed a replacement basin waste cover for it as the original was accidentally damaged when I had some painting done in the house and the decorator used the basin to wash his hands . Needless to say I was quite upset my new basin had been tarnished! However Abi in customer services was amazing and promptly sent out a replacement waste cover for me. Can I hold my order until my project is ready?

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
