    Stunning, but not the comfiest

    We've had this bath for almost 3 years and decided I can give a full review.

    Here's my pros and cons
    Pro
    Condition is still like new, it does mark easily, but just as easily cleaned.
    Beautiful addition to the bathroom and the matte effect adds a touch of luxury.
    I'm 5ft2 and can lay down in it and float with my arms out, pure relaxation.
    Holds heat really well
    Looks beautiful and get loads of comments
    No messing about with silicone around the top edge etc

    Cons
    Would recommend the neck/head pillows as the edge is square and thin, so not great on the neck. But a folded towel works just as good.
    There's no easy access to the plumbing should anything go wrong and there's no over flow (if you have children that like to run their own bath).
    We have low water pressure so takes around 40 mins to fill.... And it's a lot of water!
    My husband feels the plug, although aesthetically pleasing, is positioned in a bad place as he accidentally pushes the plug out when laid in the bath, I however, float above it.
    You do need space, it's not just space to fit, but to clean around the base where it sits on the floor.

    If you aren't using it daily and tend to go for a quick shower, but like the ability to have your own floating pool once in a while that has show stopper qualities, this is the bath for you.

Yes. Secure the order with a 30% deposit and we will store your items free of charge for up to 60 days. Call us if your programme slips and we will extend where we can.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return on unused, unfitted items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service team and we will arrange collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

Small parcels are £9.95 to mainland UK. Pallet deliveries are £40 for a small pallet and £96 for a large pallet. Adding items to an order may change the overall charge.

What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

Manufacturing defects in the body and finish of the product for 10 years from purchase. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation or abrasive cleaning products.

Can I order a sample before I commit?

Yes. Order a finish sample from the product page and we will post it out so you can see the tone against your stone and tiles before ordering.
