QUICK SET UP GUIDE
Turn Off The Water Supply -Turn off the water supply and place a bowl under the pipes. Mark a chosen position under the sink for the filter, noting the IN and OUT connections.
Disconnect cold water feed. Disconnect the cold water feed from the tap, and connect the H2O flexi pipes: supply to IN, and tap to OUT, matching male and female ends.
Secure filter. Secure the metal base plate to the marked position using the sticker and/or screw provided.
Turn water on. Turn the water supply back on, and run the tap until clear, checking for any leaks.
CHANGING YOUR FILTER
Replace the filter in three simple steps:
1. Turn off your water supply.
2. Hold the top section, twist the bottom section anticlockwise, and remove it. Dispose of the used filter.
3. Attach the new filter by twisting it clockwise into place.
Care Instructions
Make sure to connect this product to a cold water supply only.
To ensure water quality we recommend changing the filter once every 12 months. Consider changing your filter more often depending on where you live. Read this page for more information on hard water areas in the UK.
Backflow Notice
Ensure the pipes are connected correctly. The IN pipe contains a backflow valve that prevents filtered particles from re-entering your water.
