Customer Service Advisor
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for our luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with a passion for providing exceptional service.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will deal with the day to day running of the department, whilst working in a team of Customer Service Advisors. You will establish strong relationships with customers and respond to enquiries and complaints with outstanding service.
Location: Stockton, Teesside.
Job Type: Full time, in person. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury brand or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of customer communication styles.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer enquiries and find solutions quickly.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury products and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work weekend and holidays as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our brand.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and follow-up with customers to ensure their orders are delivered as expected.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, ultimately increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience.
Other customer service advisor job duties include, but not limited to:
- Look after all aspects of the customer service experience to troubleshoot and make improvements of customer service quality.
- Coordinates with sales department to incorporate plans to increase customer satisfaction.
