DURABILITY
Porcelain tiles are incredibly strong and resistant to wear, they can withstand heavy loads without cracking or chipping, making them ideal for high-traffic areas. This also means porcelain tiles are long-lasting and will last for years to come without needing to replace them.
WATER RESISTANCE
With a low absorption rate of 0.1%, porcelain tiles are highly resistant to moisture, making them suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and shower enclosures. Designed with TECHGRIP® properties, porcelain tiles can be used outdoors such as in swimming pools, outdoor spas, and gardens.
STAIN RESISTANCE
Porcelain tiles are less porous than other types of tiles which prevents staining and makes the tiles easier to clean. Crafted with TECHGRIP® properties, our porcelain tiles are stain resistant ensuring they will maintain their immaculate condition, following the correct aftercare, for years to come.
LOW MAINTENANCE
Porcelain tiles require minimal cleaning and care including removing any dust and using a mop or soft microfibre cloth, combined with water and a cleaning solution, to regularly clean them.

HOW TO CLEAN PORCELAIN TILES?
Cleaning porcelain tiles is extremely easy, it requires simple steps to maintain their appearance and longevity for years to come. Follow our guide to effectively clean your porcelain floor and wall tiles.
- Whether they are on your walls or floor, you should first begin by removing any dust from your tiles. If you’re cleaning porcelain floor tiles this can be done using a dry mop or a vacuum cleaner. However, for wall tiles use a microfibre cloth to wipe down each tile. You should ensure that you have cleaned all of the surfaces including corners.
- To focus on stains within one area, use warm water and a soft nylon brush to remove the localised stains, wiping them in a circular motion. Only use the brush in wet areas as this may cause harm to dry tiles when contacted directly with the brush.
- To clean the full area, use a mop or a soft microbe fibre cloth, and a cleaning solution that is recommended for your style of tiles. If this solution is to be diluted, mix it with water before using the mop to distribute it across your tiles.
- Finally, dry your tiles using a microfibre cloth or a cheesecloth.
Depending on the type of porcelain tile you choose will depend on the level of cleaning. Anti-slip porcelain tiles may be more difficult to clean than average tiles, as they can collect more dirt which is why following our cleaning and care guide regularly is essential to maintain the highest standards. Textured porcelain tiles will also require cleaning more frequently using the same method. Discover more cleaning and care information.
