If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

All of our deliveries are fully insured.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Volini vanity unit with stone basin

I have never bought bathroom fittings online before and was concerned the description might not be accurate. I was delighted when the vanity unit arrived. It was very good quality, excellent design and the cappuccino colour I ordered was perfect. Overall it was a great purchase and good value for money.

Excellent choice which I don’t regret

Beautiful wall hung vanity, the quality is excellent, just like other products we have from Lusso (we also ordered two hot boiling water taps from them and they are in my opinion the very best quality/price ratio on the market at the moment !). The fact that Lusso sent me in advance a little “cappuccino” sample so I could see the exact colour of this unit and choose the ceramic tiles for the bathroom was also a great “plus” for me! The push mechanism of the drawers still works as it did on day 1, two years down the line, which is not always the case with such basin units. I also have the tall/slim storage unit and they look fantastic next to each other. Extremely happy!

Supplied undrilled so that you have the option of using deck or wall mounted taps. Tap holes can be drilled using a standard 38mm hole-saw drill attachment.
