We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

All of our deliveries are fully insured.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Good size and beautiful details

I hate vanity units! I’ve probably looked at thousands! however this is more delicate than most and won me over (have basin no storage in one en suite and wash stand with baskets in the family bathroom!). The Matt finish is really lovely. The fluting is really nicely done and massively on trend. Also like the large area at the back of the sink to put soap etc on. Customer service were super helpful in getting me all the bits I needed more quickly than originally anticipated.

This Stone Basin requires a slotted waste fitting which can be purchased separately.

Supplied undrilled so that you have the option of using deck or wall mounted taps. Tap holes can be drilled using a standard 38mm hole-saw drill attachment.
