We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

This unique concept was completely designed in house by our founder and CEO, and revealed in its name, is heavily inspired by a lamp silhouette. Displaying the highest quality attention to detail which our brand has become synonymous with, each Lamp bath is individually handcrafted and finely honed by our expert stone masons, demonstrating unmatched standards, unique luxury and individuality.

The Pietra Grey marble bathtub boasts a distinctive lamp shape which sits as the centre piece to a master bathroom suite. Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, It finely displays sleek fluted edging, matching the basins of the same design.

Extracted from the province of Isfahan located in Iran, the Pietra Grey surface offers a timeless aesthetic which is undeniably captivating. The bath can be paired with our Pietra Grey marble and brushed gold tap from the Porto range to enhance the luxury further.

We ask that you allow approximately four weeks for your basin to be individually handcrafted by our stone masons.
