All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Externally the bath is honed, leaving the surface velvety smooth with occasional scenes of delicate pitting, whilst within its interior the marble is highly polished for ease of cleaning.

BOLD BLOCKS
Extracted from the province of Isfahan located in Iran, this timeless freestanding bath is formed from a single block of silken velour Pietra Grey marble. Grey by name, Pietra’s tone is a secret seduction. Consisting of a smoked base, bronzed hazelnut undertones saturate its body whilst striking white veins pierce throughout. Upon a closer inspection, quiet threads of lead grey often meander, pools of glassy crystallisations amble around, whilst delicate glints of copper and gold glance from time to time.
