Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm
Next day delivery and Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for further details.

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Does marble stain?

As marble is a porous structure it means that it risks being chipped, dulled or stained by cleaning products. We advise not using abrasive cleaners. However, deep stains will need to be professionally re-ground and polished, by a specialist.

How does genuine marble differ from artificial marble?

Genuine marble is a natural stone formed over millions of years, while artificial marble (sometimes referred to as engineered or cultured marble) is a man made material composed of crushed marble or other stone mixed with resins.
