We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.

All of our deliveries are fully insured.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.

Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.

RETURNS
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at info@lussostone.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Stylish and practical

We wanted a stainless steel towel rail as it was going to be very close to our shower area. In addition we wanted great design and this has both. This is the first towel rail we’ve had where the bars are open ended at one end which makes it so much easier to get towels on and off. It looks great, is very practical and great value for this quality.

Super stylish towel rail

We wanted a stainless steel shower rail as it would be located at the end of our walk in shower. The Lusso Formavtowel rail is a wonderful design with the bars open on one side and a neat side by side valve connection design for that extra touch of design excellence. We love it, our plumber loves it, the tiler loves it, etc :)
