We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as PayPal. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm
Next day delivery and Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for further details.

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Designed to be combined with the Lusso door handles to achieve a cohesive aesthetic, the door stops are available as single products or packs of 5 and 10 and feature intricate machine knurling which is inspired by high-end motoring brands, in particular the gold-standard brand, Bentley.

Handcrafted from solid steel for superior strength and durability, the door stops are finished in a brushed stainless coating for a hint of luxe. Beautifully style in coordination with our brushed stainless brassware and accessories.
