Surrounded by subdued tones, crowds of greenery and an aesthetic that’s difficult to place anywhere but a Manhattan loft apartment, the latest on the property radar for Lusso is the luxury Midnight Boutique Apartment by the Jacksonheim Boutique.

We’ve previously featured Jacksonheim for its incredible Japandi suite however there’s something about the Midnight Apartment that’s as mentally striking as it is visual and we couldn’t resist sharing. Located in central Manchester, the New York-style apartment sleeps between one and six guests, making it the perfect couple’s or friend’s getaway in the heart of the bustling city.

With design carried out by Jacksonheim’s interior firm, the apartment is a masterpiece of architectural and interior work, creating a plush and quirky atmosphere for its guests. The open-plan space contains moody shades with clashes of greenery, including large feature walls and small house plants, working to add the naturalistic, wild element into the central city apartment. The incorporation of wood enhances the theme further, resemblant to the Japandi suite’s aesthetics albeit with a darker, more modern setting. The space works zen in its own unique way. A key factor in darker interiors is to really allow light within the space, and from restricted sources of natural light, the space utilises oversized fittings and bright bulbs where possible, ensuring the space remains calm and tranquil with enough light needed.

Following through from the Italian open plan kitchen and sitting area, the Midnight Boutique contains a bathroom just as lavish as its neighbouring rooms, featuring the Lusso Monaco bath in the neutral Grigio Earth shade with matching Nuvo basins, allowing you to sink back in the stone tub and experience the perfect blend of urban zen.

For those with a darker interior taste, the earthy mood of the Midnight Boutique is undeniably one to admire, and for more inspiration like this, make sure to sign up to the Lusso newsletter for regular updates and inspiration.
