We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment as well as PayPal. If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the cardholder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.
If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer then the order will not be complete and we will not be able to fulfil the order. Please note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We work with Sage Pay to delivery essential service to our customer. Sage Pay are the fastest payment service provider that specialises in secure card payments solutions.

We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We do not profit from delivery charges, what you pay is what we get charged and in some circumstances, it will cost us more.
All of our deliveries are fully insured.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount)
All deliveries are to your door if you have a clear pathway and is a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse we advise you to check over the product once the delivery arrives and make sure you are totally happy with the quality and there is no damage.
Although we always deliver within the time scales quoted we recommend that you do not book your fitters until you have received your full order as we will not be responsible for any fittings costs relating to delayed deliveries.
If you receive your product and are not completely satisfied then please contact us at email@example.com so we can arrange the return. Once we receive the item back we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
